FY2020 Teacher Compensation Proposal

For this upcoming school year, the collaborative conferencing team proposes a salary option that would include a one-time $1,500 bonus with pay scale changes and step increases. If the school board approves this option, it will mean that two-thirds of professional employees will earn as much or more in total compensation for 2019-20 as they would have received with a 2.5% increase. This includes over 900 additional employees earning a step increase with the revised pay scale.
